You may only apply for Recertification in the year that your certification
expires.
Applying Online
1. Before you can apply online, you must first enter all professional development and work experience
hours in CHTs Only. Please follow the directions below.
How to enter profession development and work experience hours:
- Log into CHTs Only.
- Click on "Enter Hours" under the heading "Track Professional Development Hours."
- Enter your courses and fax the certificates so we can approve them.
- Follow the same process to enter work hours, using the links for "Track Work Experience."
2. Once all your hours have been approved,
complete the Recertification Application by logging into CHTs Only. You will need to enter your
state license number and pay with a credit card.
If
your hours have been approved, but you want to pay by check, you will have to apply by mail and pay the Pencil & Paper (mailed) application fee.
